This culvert is located approximately one-half mile north of Seward Road in Logan County. The farmland spreads out on either side of the road, and the culvert curbing is readily visible as you drive by.
This is a culvert constructed of large rough-cut stone blocks, which is about 4 ft. high and 6 ft. wide. The water flows east-west across Broadway. Heavy concrete curbs top the tunnel on either end. The WPA shields read 1937,
