Seward Memorial Cemetery is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of N. Broadway and W. Seward Road. Just south of the cemetery, this culvert carries water from a small creek east-west under Broadway.
The culvert is constructed of rough-cut stone blocks an is about 4 ft. high and 6 ft. wide. The culvert openings are heavily covered with tall grass, which obstructs the view in Winter, and might make visibility almost impossible during the summer months. The WPA shield indicates this culvert was built in 1937.
