This culvert is located on N. Broadway, between the towns of Edmond and Guthrie.

It takes an eagle eye to find this culvert as there is no guardrail or barrier at the roadside. The culvert flows east-west across N. Broadway, about one-quarter mile south of Forrest Hills Road.
The tunnel is constructed of stone blocks and is about 3 ft. high and 5 ft. wide. On the side receiving the water flow, there is a block retaining wall for the water to flow over like a waterfall into the tunnel. After digging out the WPA shield we see that this culvert was constructed in 1937.
