"Another traffic collision at 1023 Bird Ave. has the homeowners feeling deja vu, adding pressure on the city for a solution.

The Jan. 20 hit-and-run involved a white Volkswagen Jetta that was parked along the front of the historic Queen Ann Victorian. A passing vehicle struck the passenger side of the VW, knocking it back approximately 26 feet into the southbound traffic lane, said homeowner Keith Shukait." (visit link)
