The waterline runs along US-190 and all the hydrants are painted. This one has a light blue top cap with red and white bursts of color. The section below is red with the side caps painted white. The largest has blue and red stripes radiating from the center.

The main barrel has a Texas Flag design... a white star on a field of blue with red and white stripes.
