This Little Free Library is located in front of the Ripley United Methodist Church, next to the east entrance. The base is yellow, the roof black, and the perimeter of the front window is yellow. There is one main compartment inside, so if there are too many books to stand upright they need to be piled on top, which means be careful when you open the door since they may slide out.

This Free Little Library was created through a group effort by Ripley Public Schools, Ripley United Methodist Church and Central Rural Electric Cooperative. A grant was written by Ripley Public Schools in an effort to promote summer reading, they supply maps and books. C.R.E.C. awarded the school a grant to pay for the Little Library and some supplies. Ripley United Methodist Church supplies a central location and books and maintenance of the Free Little Library.
