This plaque looks a bit corroded, and is on a large granite boulder. The text reads: 

[RAAF, Army & RAN crests]
	 1945 - 1995
   This plaque commemorates
     the 50th Anniversary
  of the end of World War II
     and is Dedicated to
    all the men and women

There is a second Commemorative plaque, which is specifically for the women of the area, who served in the Navy, Army, and Royal Australian Air Force in World War Two. That plaque only has the Commemorative year on it, as follows:
