Remagen. In Remagen Ökostrom für Elektromobile tanken, das ist nun Wirklichkeit geworden. Die Ladesäule befindet sich an zwei ausgewiesenen Parkplätzen auf dem „Platz an der Alten Post“. Besucher, Kunden oder auch Bewohner sind eingeladen, den angebotenen Strom kostenfrei zur Aufladung ihrer Elektromobile zu nutzen. Initiiert wurde das umweltfreundliche Projekt, wie auch die Errichtung einer Ladestation für E-Bikes an der Rheinpromenade, durch gemeinsame Anträge von CDU, FBL und SPD in den städtischen Gremien. Deren Fraktionsvorsitzenden Walter Köbbing, Carsten Jacob und Christine Wießmann sind davon überzeugt, dass Remagen mit dieser Initiative erneut als moderne und zukunftsorientierte Stadt an der Rheinschiene wahrgenommen wird. Dank gilt den Mitarbeitern der Stadt Remagen und der Energieversorgung Mittelrhein (EVM) für die Realisierung des Projekts.

Remagen. Refueling green electricity for electric vehicles in Remagen has now become reality. The charging station is located at two designated parking spaces on the "Platz an der Alte Post". Visitors, customers or even residents are invited to use the electricity offered free of charge for charging their electric vehicles. The environmentally friendly project was initiated, as was the construction of a charging station for e-bikes on the Rhine promenade, through joint applications by the CDU, the FBL and the SPD in the city committees. Its group chairmen Walter Köbbing, Carsten Jacob and Christine Wießmann are convinced that this initiative will once again make Remagen a modern and forward-looking city on the Rhine. Thanks are due to the employees of the city of Remagen and the Energieversorgung Mittelrhein (EVM) for the realization of the project.
