This is one of over 150 Quilt Art Tour blocks located throughout Prince Edward County. It features a stylized half start rising from a blue bottom half, symbolizing a sunrise. It is by local artists Cheryl and Kelly J. Lilly.

It is located on the front of the Lakeside Village Inn on Main Street in Wellington.
