The electrum - the Museum of Electricity in Hamburg is a museum dealing with the history of electricity and the application of electric current, especially since the beginning of electrification in the recent past.

Originated from a collection of the Hamburgische Elektrizitäts-Werke (HEW), it was located in the district Barmbek-Süd until the closure of 2001 and was one of the largest museums in the German-speaking area.

In 2011, the museum was reopened on a smaller scale in Hamburg-Harburg.
