This block, entitled Diamond Magnolia, is located on the rear of the Magnolia Meadows Bed and Breakfast on Main Street (Hwy 33) in Wellington.

It features a stylized magnolia bloom.

The Bed & Breakfast has been sold off, although the signage remains.
