The Eutaw House
A notable hostelry and stagecoach stop was established near this site in 1850 by Benjamin S. Wilson, who named it after his former Hometown, Eutah, Alabama. The hotel, a two-story frame building, had a large cistern and adjacent well. At the rear of Wilson's livery stable and other support structures. The inn operated for more than 50 years and was a well-kept, popular hotel.
