A wall mounted brown and cream marble tablet set within an alabaster frame. The inscription is in black lettering. A tudor rose is carved in each corner, with a cross at top centre.

The Inscription reads:

TO THE GLORY OF GOD
AND IN
EVER GRATEFUL MEMORY
OF THE FOLLOWING MEN
WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES
FOR FREEDOM AND JUSTICE
IN THE GREAT WAR
1914-1918.
