Hans-Gerd Ruwe, (1926-1995) „Der Spezialist“, (auch volkstümlich „Till Ossenbrügge“ oder Rohrbruchbrunnen genannt), Bronze, 1984

Hans Gerd Ruwe was a german stone cutter and sculptor who was born in 1926 in Osnabrück. He learned to be a stone cutter from Emil Jung and after that studied in Hannover and Hamburg.
His art mostly is made from bronze and is known not only in Osnabrück. Ruwe has become known for his big works which often contain more than one figure.

The galerypicture and the diagonal I had to take from (visit link) because in winter the city will temporarily shut off the fountains to protect them from damage (through ice).
