Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears N1.1°W from T15S R9E S15 14 23 22 COR, 1322' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe rising 6" in a mound of stones.
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are two orange Carsonite witness posts. One, with a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign, bears N, 32" distant. The other, with a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal, bears W, 35" from the corner. There is a LOCATION POSTER on a tree WNW, 19'0" from the sixteenth corner. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs.
