This is a stone bride to cross Westermoorbach and Wierau (two smaller streams) who feed into each other and into the surrounding lake of the moated castle Schelenburg. I'd say the structure on the picture is the part over the Wierau, but actually crossing water begins way back at the little house you see in the background. The path is cobble stone which makes you shake pretty good if you drive your car over here.
I used to live on the other side and every time you "flew in" (or out) you knew you were close to home. Actually I think it is built this way to make people go slower naturally, but most people I know drive way faster than seems to be reasonable ignoring the rattling and shaking.
