The caroussel "1900 Belle Epoque" was installed on the Place de la République in November 1989 (N 45°49.9104 E 1°15°66), under the blessing of Father Cluzeau. Its decoration pays tribute to Limoges and its region

During the renovation of the Place de la République, the Carrousel moved Place Haute-Vienne.
