On a small knoll under an aging oak tree, stands a bench, a sun dial and two sad wood carvings...all overlooking the blank tombstones of the former inmates of the insane asylum.

Strength, Courage and Faith
This concrete post with steel plate under a Plexiglas cover is mounted this memorial.
It rises out of the ground between a kneeling angel and an abstract angel holding two bowls, presumably to water birds. The angels are wood carvings, weathered and cracking and showing signs of little care.
Gail Bross was the Activities Therapy Director for Fulton State Hospital, or as was called in the past the Fulton Insane Asylum.
