3) the third railway corridor (Mosty u Jablunkova – Praha – Cheb)

In addition to these main corridors, there are also secondary railways. All railways are labeled with numbers from 010 to 900. In the Czech Republic, there are 2832 railway stations and stops altogether. Each station has its own six-digit registration number. Some railway stops are very simple. There is only a single track and a simple shelter for passengers.
Ceské dráhy, often shortened to CD, is the main railway operator in the Czech Republic providing regional and long-distance services. Until 1 July 2008, Ceské dráhy was the biggest employer in the Czech Republic.
