The octagonal gazebo has a granite plaque in the center of the floor. The inscription reads "In loving memory of Jane Ledbetter 1929 -1997."
The wooden structure is open around each side. A couple of steps up leads one to benches for relaxing and taking in the view of downtown Badin.
