One of the larger downtown buildings in Trail, this is the Fortis Building. Fortis are the people who dole out electricity to much of British Columbia, quite a bit of it being generated nearby on the Columbia, Pend d'Oreille and Kootenay Rivers. Clive's coffee shop, now the Bridge View Cafe, became a bookcrossing zone on Saturday, July 16, 2005, when Slim Chance (Red Dress Ink) was turned loose into the wild here.
