Billy Cook Harness and Saddle Mfg. Co. operates out of several buildings along W. Muskogee Avenue in Sulphur. Their merchandise is world-renowned for quality.
Mounted on the upper wall of their building at 320 W. Muskogee is a life-sized fiberglass horse with the words "Billy Cook Harness & Saddle Mfg. Inc." on his side. The horse is red with white lower legs. It stands on a metal framing which extends from the brick wall of the building, approximately 12 feet from the ground.
