"In Recognition of The Prudential Insurance Company of America's long association with the world-famous symbol of strength and integrity, the Governor of Gibraltar with the cooperation of Her Brittanic Majesty's Government presented this piece of the rock of Gibraltar to the South-Central Home Office. January 7, 1955"

"On January 7, 1955, the British Consul, D.W. Hennessy, on behalf of Her Majesty's Government and the Governor of Gibraltar presented this two-and-a-half-ton piece of the Rock of Gibralter to the City of Jacksonville. On February 21, 2002, OAIC Jacksonville, LLC proudly dedicated this historic symbol of our city to Mr. E. William Nash for his outstanding contributions to the people of Jacksonville."
