This memorial, located on Memorial Drive at the entrance to Legion Keener Park, lists names from the Civil War to the present. Many, previously effaced by the elements, are etched onto gray marble tablets.
Any veteran's name can be added by filling out an application, showing proof of honorable discharge and paying a $200 fee. Applications can be obtained from the Latrobe American Legion and VFW posts or by contacting Art Dira.
The memorial is maintained by the Latrobe Foundation.
