From the Sisters Ranger Station travel generally W on US20 and ORE242 for 1.6 miles to the intersection with FR15. Continue 2.9 miles WSW then SSW on FR15 to the intersection with FR1513. Next, travel generally SSE for 0.6 miles on FR1513 to the intersection with FR1513-060 and the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; uprooted and transported 10-15' from the mound of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is W, about 1625' from the centerline of FR1513. I propped up the pipe and cap in the nearby mound of stones and subsequently reported the damage. There is a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal on an orange Carsonite post which bears E, 69" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes and ATTENTION signs on the backsides. There is a yellow BEARING TREE tag on the one in the SE quadrant.

What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest all around; also see Oregon Corner Restoration Record #0255, filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office;
