[DE] "Der Bayerische Bahnhof wurde 1841 bis 1844 errichtet und galt bis zu seiner Schließung 2011 als ältester Kopfbahnhof der Welt.
Während des Zweiten Weltkrieges wurden die überdachte Personenhalle, die Bahnhofshalle und das Verwaltungsgebäude weitestgehend zerstört und anschließend nicht wieder aufgebaut.
Heute beherbergt der Bayerische Bahnhof ein Restaurant mit eigener Brauerei. Hier wird unter anderem die traditionelle Leipziger Gose gebraut und ausgeschenkt. Unter dem Bayerischen Bahnhof befindet sich eine S-Bahn-Haltestelle des 2013 eingeweihten City-Tunnels."
