Vermutlich schon im 9. Jhdt. Standort einer Kleinkirche. Ein mittelalterlicher Bau wurde durch die Chorkapelle 1718 ersetzt und 1785 um das Langhaus erweitert. 1784 - 1904 vom Friedhof umgeben. Bau der Pfarrkirche 1953 nach Plänen von Dominikus Böhm."

"Am Standort der St.-Veit-Kapelle war vermutlich auch eine Kleinkirche im 9. Jahrhundert, worauf Bodenfunde 1919 schließen lassen.
Zeugen eines mittelalterlichen Baues, der 1718 durch die Chorkapelle ersetzt wurde, sind die zwei Glocken von 1711 und 1713.
Ein spitzbogiger Triumpfbogen mit Kapitellen und Sockeln trennt die Kapelle vom Langhaus, das erst 1785 angebaut wurde.
Die Kapelle, heute eine Sehenwürdigkeit."

"At the location of the St. Vitus Chapel there was probably also a small church in the 9th century, on which finds of soil can be inferred in 1919.
The two bells from 1711 and 1713 are evidence of a medieval building that was replaced by the choir chapel in 1718.
A pointed arched triumphal arch with capitals and pedestals separates the chapel from the nave, which was only added in 1785.
