There are some conditions to having your dog "Off-Leash", and from the sign, in the areas indicated on the photo-map, they are:

* Daylight Hours
* Dogs are kept under Effective control at all times * Dogs are kept a minimum of 10 metres from Play Equipment
* Dog create no nuisance to other users of the Park
* Dog Waste is disposed in the bin/s provided.

So, the Off-Leash are does include the enclosed Tennis Court/Basketball area.
