VIA Rail and GO Transit passenger services are available from the Oshawa Train Station. In October, 2017, shortly after these photos were taken, a completely new station was opened up to the public.

VIA Rail and GO Transit passenger services are available from the Oshawa Train Station. In October, 2017, shortly after these photos were taken, a completely new station was opened up to the public.

It is used by nearly 7,850 passengers daily, comprising around 16% of the total ridership on GO Transit's Lakeshore East line.

The $14 million construction project began in 2015. The old station building will be demolished.
