The bronze sculpture of a girl on a concrete pedestal is located in front of High School of Design and Crafts building in the city district Kladno-Krocehlavy, U Hvezdy street No.2279. The author of the work is czech academic sculptor Cestmír Mudrunka, who called it Vichrice (Whirlwind). The signatures indicate the year 1975.
