The National Register's Continuation Sheet (2007) describes it thus:

Painted brick 1-part commercial block with stuccoed storefront. Transom obscured by nonhistoric awning with asphalt shingles. Identified on Sanborn maps as candy store & tin shop (1896), grocer & barber (1901 &1912) grain & feed store (1907, 1921, 1940). Joe David's Grocery Store operated at 205-07 from the 1940s through 1960s.
