In an Alley between TX-71 and Oatman Street is an old metal building that is being decorated. This mural is on the side of the building.

A swirl of purple goes down the side of the building ending in a curl about half way. On the left end in multiple colors is "The Purple Bear" in balloon letters. On the light blue letter "B" is a laughing bear's head in purple.
Along the top of the purple swirl is: Don't tell me this town ain't got no heart... you just gotta poke around. Along the bottom are little pink hearts.
