In an Alley between TX-71 and Oatman Street is an old metal building that is being decorated. This mural is on the front of the building.

The top of the mural is swirls of yellow and white with the words written across it.
The bottom is two circles in blue, green, white and yellow. It looks like slow motion drops of water. When a drop falls into the standing water it makes the circles and a spout of water comes up.
