This is a new bench in the Tottie Keifer Memorial plaza that was dedi acated recently. This was part of a fundraising pitch to update the walkway and the memorial. MSGT Shallenberger is retired from the armed forces and he, along with his wife donated this bench as a gesture of updating the memorial
