Originally called Davis Hall, it was a dormitory for North Texas Agricultural College. It is now known as Brazos House and the college is now known as the University of Texas at Arlington. It was dedicated in 1936.

A four story brick building with room for 96 residents (double occupancy). It is currently (May 2018) undergoing renovations/restoration. Between the big trees and the construction fence it was hard to get a good picture of it.
