This a joint project between the Lions Club of south West Rocks and Kempsey Shore Council.
You may come across #1 station first of all, if you are doing the Multi-Cache: (
visit link) So I won't give a way too many details here, so you can discover them all for yourself as you walk along.
Yes, #1 is right here, and you start with 'Warm-Up', or 'Cool Down' Stretches. These are: Achilles Stretch; Sit & Stretch; Leg Stretch; Hamstring Stretch; Thigh Stretch; and Trunk Stretch.
The rest of the 'Stations' are Strengthening stops, with #2 having a 'Vault Bar'; Sit-Up bench; and Push Up Bar.
At #3 there is: Chin Up; Step Up; and Body Curl exercises to perform.
And, 'finally' at #4, there is a wooden cross to Log Hop; vault-style Bench Dip handles; and ankle rests for Bench Curls.
So, while the concrete pathway is easily usable in a Wheelchair, it is not so easy to get to the pieces of equipment for specific exercises.
