One-story native flagstone-veneered building on southwest corner of courthouse square, with L plan and Intersecting clipped-gabled roof.
When the building was constructed in 1939, the Women's Culture Club obtained a 99-year lease from the county. The structure was a collaborative effort (70%/30%) between Works Progress Administration and the literary club respectively.
