A ghost sign on the side of a former tyre service centre in the locality of Capertee.

The ghost sign is on the northern side of the building & has faded as is facing the Sun. I can recall these signs which had a yellow circle with Wakefield Motor Company surrounding the word Castrol. Charles Cheers Wakefield was the founder of Castrol Oil, a well known brand in Australia.
The word Wakefield can be seen in full but only Mo of Motor Company remains. The word Castrol has faded but can be discerned. The building is in a poor state of repair & the footpath has given over to weeds.
