FR Le recensement de 1775 recense 17 maisons habitées au hameau de Tercier. Celui-ci est situé sur un plateau dominant à 1300 mètres d’altitude le Riou de l’Aune, en aval de Faillefeu et au SSE du village de Prads. Pour Mgr Le Tellier, en visite en 1683, ce sont les habitants qui ont fait construire une petite chapelle sous le titre de Notre Dame avec un autel et un tableau avec son cadre à platte peinture représentant la sainte Vierge. Elle est signalée par Cassini. Elle est mentionnée en 1872 comme étant en bon état avec un tableau, puis en 1893 où elle est en assez bon état, mais le toit est à refaire (2 V 88. 93. 94).
L’abbé Charpenel est plus prolixe : c’est en 1829 sous MM Hellion Curé et Segond Antoine dit Toniou de Prads maire qu’a été reconstruite la chapelle de notre Dame à Tercier. Les travaux ont été exécutés par M. Natal de Colmars et par les habitants qui ont fourni les matériaux. La commune a payé 200 francs.
EN The census of 1775 lists 17 inhabited houses in the hamlet of Tercier. It is located on a plateau overlooking 1300 meters above sea level Riou de l'Aune, downstream of Faillefeu and the SSE of the village of Prads. For Bishop Le Tellier, visiting in 1683, it was the inhabitants who had a small chapel built under the title of Notre Dame with an altar and a painting with a picture frame depicting the Blessed Virgin. She is reported by Cassini. It is mentioned in 1872 as being in good condition with a painting, then in 1893 where it is in good enough condition, but the roof is redone (2 V 88. 93. 94).
Abbe Charpenel is more prolix: it is in 1829 under MM Hellion Curé and Segond Antoine dit Toniou de Prads mayor that was rebuilt the chapel of our Lady in Tercier. The work was carried out by Mr. Natal de Colmars and by the inhabitants who supplied the materials. The municipality paid 200 francs.
