The base is the relief works in bronze
Front is the Sun god center, with a serpent coiled around him, and an angels to his proper right blowing a storm and preparing to throw a lightning bolt, with various nudes and an angel - not sure what they are doing.

Rear: has the Sun god center with nude men, on the left, opening a sluice to irrigate, and on the right women working the fields.

End: A nude male holding a nude baby with his proper left arm petting the mane of a horse, while a nude female is bending over planting seeds in the ground.
