The ground floor has large plate glass display windows, with a recessed entry area. There is a broad almost flat awning, that has 5 metal rods with turn-buckles, anchored to the upper level wall.
The upstairs front of the building has four windows, that look like they are of a more recent design than 1935 styling. Three of which have a slight curved top to the brick framework. There is a low, grey-painted brick facade on top, with square eminences. The "1935" Date is with a white horizontal band with a ledge above separating the white painted section, from the grey upper part.
There is a narrow 'alleyway' to the south, to separate it from another Dated building - Central Court, 1950.
