On the back side of the Calypsos Coffee & Creamery building is the mural Octopus. It is in the parking lot with access from Sherman Avenue or E. Lakeside Avenue.

Though the Octopus is a signed mural was not able to decipher the signature. The Octopus is painted on a black surface with a bright purple Octopus with its arms arranged in a life like manner. There is a large wave preparing to whisk the octopus to safety from passersby. Interesting that each arm of the Octopus has a letter which spells out Calypsos. Overall is is well done.
