The old night deposit box survives. It was built by Chubb for The Canadian Bank of Commerce which was defunct by June 1961. The text on the night deposit box is all French which reflects the community served by this caisse populaire. The building dates from 1953 but the caisse populaire was on this site since 1912. Caisse Populaire Ste-Anne was the first caisse populaire opened by Alphonse Desjardins in the province of Ontario.

Since the mid-1990s, the building has been a home of the John Howard Society.
