The Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce also known as the Coeur d'Alene Convention & Visitor Bureau offers a wide range of local and regional information, including travel guides, maps, restaurant and hotel guides and other brochures about local tourist attractions. They have a gift shop that offers tee-shirt, coffee mugs and other souvenirs. The bathroom facilities were very clean with easy access. The guest book is on the reception counter.

Though at the time of our visit we were the only visitors, we did not find the staff friendly or helpful. When asked about a specific interest, she just pointed to a display without even a grunt. Generally speaking we visit many visitor centers in our extensive travels, and our experiences are always positive finding the staff friendly and helpful and some went well beyond what we ever expected.
