From the website of the contractors that built this Courthouse, the $3m project was completed 3 June, 2005; having commenced in February 2004. (visit link)

This is broad rectangular, single-storey building, built with orange coloured blocks. The centre third of the front facing Kildare Road is floor to ceiling plate glass. It is readily wheelchair accessible. As per all courthouses, no unauthorised photography is to take place inside.
