En 1987, Jean Michard décide de fabriquer sa propre bière place fontaine des Barres dans la troisième micro-brasserie en France.
En 1996, il s'installe à cet emplacement Place Denis Dussous en en faisant une véritable institution limougeaudes où la bière est brassée sous les yeux de ses clients.

In 1996, he moved to this place "Denis Dussous place" making it a true Limoges institution where the beer is brewed under the eyes of its customers
