** This Dated Building is 'hiding behind' a large deciduous tree, so, in winter you should be able to get a better photo of the building. **

Two-thirds of the ground floor level is taken up with plate glass including sliding doors for the Newsagency. The other third is printed advertising for the Newsagency. There is a 30 cm high glass section below the broad awning to add a minimum of natural lighting if it is a sunny day. The flat and broad awning is stayed back to the upper floor wall with metal rods, and the street edge of the awning has drop-down canvas, which were rolled up when I was there.

The upper floor has brown brick 'pillars' on the ends, with cloth angled shades over the windows. However there is angled terracotta tiled angled awning over for the full width of the upper level of the building.

The painted block facade on the top lines up with the building to the south (which is rather ornate, but, not dated). The facade is painted a cream colour, and has a low angled pitch to the top of it - with half of the front being covered by the tree, it was not possible to see the other half. The white-painted Dated section is within an ornate design, resembling an angel/cherubim with wings partially raised. The numbers are painted a mission brown, with the '3', of the decade, partially covering the '9', and the '4' of the date of 1934.
