This official crest of the Isle of Man Harbour Board Commissioners is on the north-facing exterior wall of the Ramsey Harbour Office.

The crest features a circular represent of the Isle of Man flag with the surrounded by the Latin motto "Quocunque Jeceris Stabit" which translates as "whithersoever you throw it, it will stand". (visit link)

The Flag and the motto are topped by a red & silver crown.

Around the outside of the crest in a belt in black lettering are the words "Isle of Man Harbour Commissioners".
