The palace is now a museum. The fountain is behind a fence, but is visible from the street.

When the palace was restored in 1929 the fountain was added. Homer L. Fry drew up the plans for the fountain which looks to be about 2 feet deep. Water comes up through a plain center column and spills out on all sides.
