Many operations have come and gone in this location, and usually, parking has been their downfall. If there's no room up front or in the back to park, do yourself and them a favor and park down the block and walk over here, especially if the weather is nice. It's worth it.
This is a small place, but not tiny, with room for a few people at the noodle bar up front. You'll have to ask for a table if you're by yourself, as they'll tend to just seat you at the bar. Ramen is the focus, and there are plenty of options available and many ways to "soup" things up. They also have a few small dishes, some of them good for sharing if you're with a small group.
